Our Products are:

• Email sequences (automated emails teaching specific workflows)
• No income guarantees, no celebrity endorsements, no false social proof
We make no income claims. Our products teach systems and methods. Your results depend on your effort, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

2.2A Use of Artificial Intelligence in Our Products
Our Products include AI-generated prompts and templates designed to save you implementation time. These prompts are created using Claude (an AI assistant by Anthropic) to provide customizable starting points for your business automations and content creation workflows.
When you use our prompts, you customize them for your specific business, audience, and brand voice. All content you create using our templates is owned by you — we make no claim to it. You are free to modify, publish, and build upon anything you generate from our guides.
This is intentional design: you're learning to work with AI, not receiving pre-written content to deploy unchanged. That's the entire methodology. For transparency regarding EU AI Act compliance (Article 50), we disclose that our guides contain AI-generated content. This is a core feature, not a hidden limitation.
2.3 Pricing & Gate-Based Credit System
A. One-Time Purchases (All Tiers)
All Products are sold as one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

How Credits Work:
When you purchase a Product, you receive a credit toward your next tier purchase:
• L1 purchase ($27) = $27 credit issued toward L2
• L2 purchase ($47) = $47 credit issued toward L3
• L3 purchase ($97) = $97 credit issued toward L4
• L4 purchase ($297) = $297 credit issued toward L5
• L5 purchase ($697) = $697 credit issued toward L6
• L6 purchase ($1,997) = Partner Path affiliate invitation (no further credit)
Credit Terms:
• Credits never expire and can be used anytime
• Credits are automatically applied at checkout when you purchase the next tier
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
• If you request a refund, your credit is forfeited (see Refund Policy below)
Example:
• You buy L1 ($27 charge) and receive $27 credit
• Later, you buy L2 (listed at $47)
• Your $27 credit is deducted, you pay only $20 in new cash
• You receive $47 credit toward L3
2.4 Refund Policy
A. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (L1–L6)
If you are unsatisfied with any Product for any reason within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund of the amount you paid (new cash only, excluding applied credits).
Refund Request Process:
• 1. Email hello@busymama-easyai.com with your order number and reason
• 2. We will respond within 5 business days
• 3. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
Refund Terms:
• Refunds are issued for new cash only (if you used a credit from a prior tier, the refund amount is the new cash portion)
• Upon refund, your credit from this purchase is forfeited
• Refunds are one per tier (you cannot purchase, refund, repurchase the same tier repeatedly)
After 30 Days:
• No refunds are available
• However, your credit toward the next tier remains valid forever
B. What Happens if You Refund?
Scenario 1: You buy L2 ($47) after using $27 credit from L1.
• You paid $20 new cash
• Refund issued: $20 (not $47)
• Your $47 credit toward L3 is cancelled
• Your original $27 L1 credit remains (for future use if you re-enter the ladder)
Scenario 2: You buy L1 ($27) and request refund within 30 days.
• Refund issued: $27
• Your $27 credit is cancelled
• You are no longer in the ladder
2.5 Product Delivery & Access
A. Delivery Method
• L1–L5: PDF guide + automated email sequence (5–7 emails delivered over 7–14 days)
• L6: Partner Path one-pager + affiliate portal access
Delivery occurs within 24 hours of successful payment via Mollie.
B. Access & Credentials
• Login credentials (email + password) are provided via confirmation email
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
• You retain access to your products for life (subject to these terms)
C. Product Limitations
• Products are for personal use only; you may not resell, reproduce, or distribute without written permission
• You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract our content for AI training datasets

2.6 Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

2.7 Disclaimer of Warranties

• Uninterrupted access or error-free operation
• Specific outcomes or timeline guarantees
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (lost revenue, lost time, lost data) arising from your use of our Products, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Payments are processed securely via Mollie (mollie.com)
• Mollie complies with PSD2 and industry security standards
• Your payment details are not stored on our servers
• You are responsible for keeping your payment method current and secure
B. Fraud & Chargebacks
• Fraudulent purchases (payment method used without authorization) will be reported to authorities
• If we receive a chargeback, we will dispute it if the purchase was legitimate
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension
2.9 Email & Communication Preferences
A. Opt-In & Opt-Out
When you download our free magnet, you consent to receive educational emails about our Products and related content. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email.
B. Marketing Emails
• Product/bridge emails (L1→L2, L2→L3, etc.) are transactional and cannot be unsubscribed from if you are an active customer
• Promotional/general interest emails can be unsubscribed from anytime

2.10 Account Termination & Suspension
